I'm an Automation Engineer specialising in Siemens TIA Portal (S7‑1200/1500) PLC programming and SCADA/HMI integration. I design, code, and commission the control systems that keep production lines, refrigeration plants, and process facilities running — across the EU and MENA.

I'm an automation and control engineer with 8+ years turning process requirements into working, reliable control systems. My core is Siemens — TIA Portal and STEP 7, programming S7‑1200/1500 PLCs in SCL, LAD and FBD, and building SCADA/HMI front ends operators actually trust.
I currently work as a Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer at Elektrosvit in Warsaw, where I design medium- and low-voltage switchgear and control panels and develop the PLC/HMI logic that drives them — including a full S7‑1200 control system for an industrial IQF freezing plant.
Earlier I ran multi-site automation sustainment across Amazon's EU fulfilment network with CBRE, commissioned plants with SPX FLOW, and cut my teeth programming production lines in Egypt. I'm also completing an M.Sc. in Automatic Control & Robotics at Warsaw University of Technology.

Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer
- Design medium- and low-voltage switchgear and automation/control panels across the KSO, KRU, KRUN, ShR, PA and KTP product families.
- Develop Siemens S7‑1200 PLC programs in TIA Portal (SCL) and design SIMATIC HMI screens for refrigeration and process control systems.
- Led automation for the De Fruits IQF freezing plant: compressor sequencing, PI-based suction-pressure control, lead/lag rotation, and tunnel-to-tunnel S7 communication.
- Built an internal web-based Panel Configurator that auto-generates technical proposals across switchgear families, cutting quotation turnaround.

De Fruits — IQF Freezing Plant Automation
End-to-end Siemens control system for a dual-tunnel IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) installation with NH₃ screw compressors. Built in TIA Portal using SCL: a six-state compressor function block with trip/alarm logic and slide-valve control, a sequencer with PI-based suction-pressure control and lead/lag rotation, and tunnel-to-tunnel communication over S7 PUT/GET with a heartbeat watchdog — plus the full SIMATIC HMI operator interface.
Obikan Milk — Dairy Production Automation
FAT/SAT, I/O testing, commissioning and startup of dairy production equipment, with PLC troubleshooting, system optimisation and Danfoss VFD integration.
Elektrosvit Panel Configurator
A web-based tool that generates commercial proposals across the KSO, KRU, KRUN, ShR, PA and KTP switchgear families — with a rule engine and PDF output that collapses quotation time from hours to minutes.
RO Water Treatment — Pepsi Line
Developed the PLC program for a reverse-osmosis water-treatment process, designed the operator HMI, and handled installation, I/O testing and commissioning.
ECOBAT — Gypsum & Cement Plant
Developed PLC control programs for production processes and implemented a SCADA system for plant-wide monitoring, with PLC↔SCADA communication.
Al Watania Production Line
Programmed PLC automation sequences, configured the HMI for machine operation, and integrated AC and servo drives for motion control.
